Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: 45 days of more prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.00
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded if the house can be re-booked, less $75.00 cancellation fee. Please purchase "trip insurance" if there is a chance you will have to cancel. (Available through a travel agent)
Check-In Time: 4:20; Check-Out Time: 12 noon; Early check-in and late check-out will be gladly accommodated when possible. (Including storage of luggage)
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Enjoy smoking on the deck or anywhere outside.
